Job Purpose

G card holder who will look after the CHA activities at Port , ICD and Land Border

Key Responsibilities

  • Need to Handle Import & Export shipment Clearance at port and ICD
  • Knowledge of documentation required for Clearance purpose
  • Knowledge of Paper filing in Custom through software.

Deliverables/outcomes

  • Experience of Handling Import & Export shipment Clearance at port and ICD.
  • Need to handle customer enquiry for documentation
  • Knowledge of Visual Impex or Live Impex

Essential Skills required in Candidate (Functional)

  • Strong understanding of government processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English and Hindi).
  • Ability to work in a corporate environment while leveraging public sector expertise.

  • Instructional Delivery: Facilitate theory classes across different subjects effectively.
  • Driving Supervision: Oversee and supervise trainees’ driving performance with a focus on fuel efficiency and safe driving practices.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and evaluate the performance of trainees to ensure progress and readiness.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit exemplary personal conduct and adhere to ethical business practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain seamless and accurate documentation for selected trainee assistance.
