Job Purpose

Implementing standardized processes of Facilities and supervising nation wide offices/warehouses infrastructure facilities for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the overall Facility management (Tech & soft) of the premises of PAN India sites.
Ensure preventive maintenance are carried out as per PPM calendar to nullify breakdown of equipment.
Provide safe, secure and healthy working environment to the employee/visitors.
Audit (Documents, SOPs, Fire & safety & Engineering).
Assign vendor for AMC/agreement and Coordination, Liaison, policy implementation and monitoring for seamless Facility operation.
Sustainability, Energy & water conservation.
